All submitted papers will be evaluated based on quality, presentation, and relevance,
where author identities are hidden from reviewers and reviewer identities are not
disclosed to authors.
- 2.2.
Papers that do not comply with double-blind submission requirements will be rejected
without review.
- 2.3.
Authors must strictly follow the guidelines in Sections 2.4 to 2.7 to preserve
anonymity.
- 2.4.
Remove author names and affiliations from the title page of the PDF
submitted for review. These details must be included only in the final
camera-ready copy if the paper is accepted. Author information should be
entered exclusively in the CMT portal.
- 2.5.
Remove acknowledgments, including identifying names and funding sources, from the
review PDF. These may be added in the final camera-ready version upon acceptance.
- 2.6.
Remove project titles, system names, or identifiers that could reveal the authors’
identities through online searches.
- 2.7.
When citing your previous work, do not omit references for anonymity.
Instead, cite them in the third person, as you would cite other related
work.
Example: Use “Recently, the authors in [9] proposed…” instead of “Recently, we
proposed…”.
