Instructions for Authors

  1. Submission Platform: All papers must be submitted through Microsoft CMT.
    • 1.1.
      While submitting the paper via CMT, ensure that all authors are added in the CMT system.
    • 1.2.
      Author details must not be included in the PDF of the submitted paper; all author information should be entered only in the CMT portal.
    • 1.3.
      Addition of new authors will not be permitted once the paper has been submitted for review.
    • 1.4.
      Removal of authors may be permitted only with proper justification. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to make the final decision in such cases.
  2. Double-Blind Review Process: AISEE 2027 follows a double-blind peer-review process.
    • 2.1.
      All submitted papers will be evaluated based on quality, presentation, and relevance, where author identities are hidden from reviewers and reviewer identities are not disclosed to authors.
    • 2.2.
      Papers that do not comply with double-blind submission requirements will be rejected without review.
    • 2.3.
      Authors must strictly follow the guidelines in Sections 2.4 to 2.7 to preserve anonymity.
    • 2.4.
      Remove author names and affiliations from the title page of the PDF submitted for review. These details must be included only in the final camera-ready copy if the paper is accepted. Author information should be entered exclusively in the CMT portal.
    • 2.5.
      Remove acknowledgments, including identifying names and funding sources, from the review PDF. These may be added in the final camera-ready version upon acceptance.
    • 2.6.
      Remove project titles, system names, or identifiers that could reveal the authors’ identities through online searches.
    • 2.7.
      When citing your previous work, do not omit references for anonymity. Instead, cite them in the third person, as you would cite other related work.
      Example: Use “Recently, the authors in [9] proposed…” instead of “Recently, we proposed…”.
  3. Manuscript Format: Since the accepted and presented papers of AISEE 2027 will be submitted for possible publication in the IEEE Xplore® Digital Library (Conference Record #____), manuscripts must follow the standard IEEE two-column format and not exceed 6 pages. Authors must use the official IEEE Manuscript Templates for Conference Proceedings for typesetting.
  4. Camera-Ready Copy (CRC) Checks: The Camera-Ready Copy of every accepted paper will be subjected to 1) IEEE CrossCheck (similarity check) and 2) IEEE Prohibited Participants List (PPL) verification. Papers failing these checks will be rejected.
  5. Presentation Requirement: Organizing Committee reserves the right to exclude a paper from post-conference distribution, including removal from IEEE Xplore, if the paper is not presented at the conference.

  7. Originality Requirement: Submitted papers must be original and unpublished. Authors of accepted papers must sign the IEEE Copyright Form and present the paper at the conference.

  9. Email Submissions: Paper submission via email is not permitted. Papers submitted by email will be rejected without review.
  10. CMT Acknowledgment: The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
